HOW OUR SUPPORT CENTRE WORKS
If you are making a new enquiry, please choose the option for Creating a New Ticket. Fill out a quick Registration Form so that you can easily log back into the system and check the progress of your enquiry.
Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
If you want to make any changes to or cancel your order, email us on email@example.com or telephone us on 01522 511 185. If you change your order for a furniture based on your specifications (upholstery or bunk beds) after a few days and your order is in production we may charge you a cancellation fee to cover the costs.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to most areas of UK mainland. For more information on delivery, please click HERE.
Can I request a delivery date?
Unfortunately we do not offer the facility to request a specific date or time. When you order your furniture we can give you an estimated delivery period. Once we have a delivery date for you we will contact you 2-4 days prior to it.
What do I do if I have a complaint?
