The furniture is brand new and packed in its original packaging. It is delivered flat packed for self-assembly.

In order to make sure the furniture comes to you without any damages we have our own Arthauss drivers and hire our own vans. As you can see from the table below we deliver to most of the UK and this is why our lead times may differ depending on the area.
We want to give you the best deal possible, therefore we offer free delivery on all orders to addresses within the "green zone".
Delivery might take from 3 working days up to 9 weeks. The delivery time depends on stock and transport capacity. Please contact us to receive an estimated delivery time if required. We will keep you informed at all times and we would appreciate your cooperation. Our furniture is manufactured abroad (EU) and the delivery time reflects the time it takes us to deliver it to your home, this is the norm all UK furniture retailers.
PLEASE BE AWARE: We start very early in the morning. Goods are delivered 7 days per week between 6.00am and 8.00pm. We are unable to give a specific time slot during the day but we will notify you if you are the first point of drop. Once you agree to accept the delivery and for any reason you are not present at delivery address, we reserve the right to apply re-delivery charge of £40.
Unless prearranged, deliveries are to the ground floor only; otherwise additional charge of £20 or £40.00 will apply.
As the situation regarding Coronavirus has continued to develop across the UK, Arthauss Furniture is now taking sensible precautions to reduce risks whilst ensuring there is minimal disruption to our operational performance.
One area identified as a concern for both the delivery points and our drivers, when making deliveries is the collection of signatures from Customers. This act provided close contact between the two parties and increases the risk of infection.
We are therefore looking to retain our current EPOD and paper signature capture that is currently in place however, Customer’s name, date and time will be obtained and printed on the Proof of Delivery documentation by the driver.
This document will be uploaded to the IT system, as per the existing procedure.
Our delivery team members have been equipped with hand sanitiser so that they can maintain our normal high standards of hygiene.
We look for your support during this difficult period and feel it is necessary to take these preventive measures to minimise people contact an interaction, reducing risks relating to COVID-19 entering our working environments.
Signing For Your Delivery
All deliveries must be signed for upon delivery. Before signing for delivery, please visually inspect the goods to ensure the packaging and the product are in perfect condition and your property has not been damaged in any way during the delivery process. If necessary, please make sure you detail any problems on the delivery note. When your goods are delivered please retain the original packaging until you are sure that you do not need to return the goods for any reason.
