Unfortunately, we do not currently provide an assembly service for our items.

You can find an estimated delivery time of a specific item on the product page of the respective item. Simply scroll down on the product page and enter your postcode in the 'Estimated Shipping' box.

At Arthauss Furniture, almost all of our products are shipped flat packed.

To find out the postage cost to your delivery address, please visit our delivery information page and check the postage cost for your respective postcode under the 'delivery cost' section.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make amendments to orders processed via a finance payment method. We would have to cancel the order first, and then you will have to place a new order.

However, for paid-in-full orders, we are delighted to say that we can indeed make amendments to your order, simply contact us at info@arthauss.co.uk or give us a call at 01522 511 185. However, please bear in mind that any significant changes can impact the potential delivery date for your order.

We can confirm that the manufacturers provide a year-long warranty - subject to T&C's.

Returns and Product Issues

We're really sorry that you have an issue with your product.

After your item has been delivered, please check all the parts before starting the assembly process, and in the case of any issues, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. It is essential that you do not start the assembly process and keep the original packaging.

If the required part is on stock, we will be able to post the part as soon as possible; otherwise, the part will have to be ordered from our manufacturer. The part will be delivered within six weeks from the order date as we state in our Terms and Conditions.

As long as the product has remained in original packing and the assembly service has yet to start, we will be able to arrange a collection of the faulty product and provide you with a full refund.

If you change your mind before you start assembling your furniture, we are more than happy to arrange a return. Please be aware that there is a charge for this, depending on the size of your item:

- Small Items [Below 30kg]: £18

- Medium Items [30-100kg]: £39

- Large Items [Above 100kg+]: £69

To return a product, it must be in its delivered form and original packaging, undamaged and not tampered with in any way. Please ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase before you start assembling it; if you’ve assembled or part assembled your furniture, then, unfortunately, this is deemed as acceptance of the products, and they can therefore not be returned.

We have a returns policy of up to 14 days after the day we have delivered the product to you. You can inform us that you wish to return the item by phone, email or live chat on our website. We will need the following information from you: personal details (full name and address), order number, product code, reason for the return and images of the item in original packaging.

Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund and can vary depending on your item's size.
