I loved the chest of draws from the photos, it was very hard to assemble, ran out of glue. I can’t get the top drawers to fit in followed the instructions but it’s not worked .
They will look good when I get someone to fix them.

Love it!!! I thought the instructions were clear and Easy to follow,and it’s definitely a lot better quality than ‘cheap’ stuff. Only annoyance is the handles not matching between wardrobe and drawers, and they were THE hardest bit to fit!!!

Love this furniture. Really good quality and looks amazing. Did have to get a professional in to build it as the instructions are too difficult to follow. He however built it in next to no time. Would recommend this furniture as it is beautiful and has transformed my bedroom.

The pieces could have been marked for easier installation. It took us longer than the time stated to assemble the item although we are pleased with the finished cupboard . We actually want to purchase another one . But please make the instructions easier to understand.

Love the furniture here I've ordered several pieces, my only slight niggle to why I couldn't 5* is the draw assembly let's the product down the shell is solid but just using dowels to hold the draw front's on isn't the best design and I find not enough glue is supplied to ensure all dowel fittings on the draws are secure I had to order extra glue from amazon.
But the unit is solid I love the modern feel I had no issues with the instructions it was fairly simple to follow I will order again.
Last off I've had 3 delivery's from your company and I'd like to make a special mention to your drivers who are always very well manored and helpful they are a credit to your company.

Don’t bother purchasing !!!!! I can only say Flimsy and Rubbish.
Very poorly used materials. The base of the drawers are like thin cardboard the drawer fronts come away very easily and are only held together by two small wooden dowels either side. I have complained about the drawers and are Still waiting a reply apparently from the warehouse ....., when we open the drawers they fall to bits. We purchased the wardrobe,drawers and bedside tables. The other furniture is great but not these drawers. We we’re also made to feel like we were not telling the truth as arthouse demanded a video off us as proof, we have sent them a video now. Do yourself and your credit card a favour and do not waste your money on this product. We are very unhappy and it looks like arthouse are in no rush to compensate us. We have taken all our belongings out of the drawers as they are unusable we have our clothes in refuse sacks presently.

First observation is that it is very heavy when delivered in its box but well packed. Good materials used. Don't rush the build as some of the parts are very similar in size. End build is solid and looks great.

I must admit they were an absolute nightmare to build. The instructions were rubbish. It would save a lot of time if the instructions said which was the bottom and the the top and then left side and right side. That would of saved me hours, I had to keep measuring everything making sure it was the right piece. But after all the hard work I did( yes built them myself), I just got my dad to help put the tops on. But I love them to bits now and they look really well in my bedroom. Thank you. I’ll be ordering a wardrobe from you end of April. Now that is going to be a job and a half, knowing what the drawers were like. I have a friend helping me to build it. Thank arthauss

I’m sorry but the instructions were an absolute nightmare to understand, it’s taken me one and a half days to build a chest of drawers,my dad and I have really struggled. 3 out of 4 drawers fit so I have to take the track off and see what the problem is. My problem is I’ve got another one to build and a bedside table. I was also going to get a wardrobe coz a friend of mine got one, she said it’s absolutely beautiful now it’s built. It took her and her husband and son and daughter-in-law nearly 2 days to build it, so I’m a bit worried about getting one. I can’t believe it would take 2 people 1 1/2 hours to build! On the instructions it should say which is the top, bottom,first side and then the second side.

Looks nice and matches our large wardrobe. Poor design for assembly as the two front fitting side panels are an absolute pain to fit and could cause damaged to these pieces- decided to assemble using plastic blocks to remove that risk.
