I'm always a bit worried when I order large items online, but Arthauss customer service was very helpful with my questions. The delivery went smoothly with updates from the delivery guy. He was alone but he did a marvellous Job, unloading the heavy boxes in the pouring rain. I had to check the mirrored doors for any damage but they were perfect. My family helped to move the boxes upstairs, as delivery is to the front door only. Everything was there, including easy to follow instructions. The panels are very heavy and it took 3 people to lift everything into place. It took quite a while to build but it was worth it. It looks absolutely beautiful and I am so pleased with it.

I am absolutely thrilled with my 3 door sliding wardrobe. It is made from high-quality materials and looks very luxurious. The only negative is the assembly instructions. We had to give up assembling and hire a handyman that we found on mybuilder.com. It took 2 experienced handyman 3 hours to install. Although instructions were unclear and confusing, I highly recommend this beautiful wardrobe. Ordering from Arthauss has been a positive experience, order came quick and was delivered by lovely delivery guys that took great care when delivering.

The wardrobe looks fabulous! Great experience from beginning to end. Regular updates prior to delivery, Delivered at 7.15am, the drivers had driven through the night to get to me yet had a smile when I opened the front door and were friendly and helpful. It took my daughter and her boyfriend 4.5 hours to build as the instructions aren't the best so you need to get your head around them before starting the process. There were a few of the small push in screw (part M12) covers missing which I'm sure can be resolved but it's a very small thing and overall I couldn't be happier.

Beautiful wardrobes, I had my joiner assemble them and they are perfect. The delivery was very good and was arranged to suit me. This wardrobe looks great in our son's bedroom. It's sturdy and great quality with masses of storage. He's thrilled to bits. We couldn't decide between grey (colour of walls) or black (colour of other furniture) and I'm glad we went with black. We were going to put it up ourselves but decided last minute to use mybuilder.com to get 2 guys in and I'm glad we did as it's huge! They did it in under 2 hours for £90 so well worth it! We had bought another (more expensive wardrobe) which I cancelled and I'm so glad I did. Delivery also excellent - the guys arrived exactly when they said they would and checked the mirrors before leaving. Customer service also deserves a mention - I had a question about the item and the company answered quickly and helpfully. I would definitely buy from Arthauss again.

What a lovely solid well designed LARGE wardrobe. It was delivered on time as advised, right into my house in 5 boxes. The Arthauss delivery man checked mirrors = all intact. I hired 2 maintenance guys for the assembly and they assembled the wardrobe in 3 hours - no parts missing. It was a tight squeeze where I wanted it, but all went very well. I am delighted with this wardrobe.

I'm happy with my wardbrobe now it's here, it has plenty of space and looks very stylish. It was delivered with one damaged mirror which I had to wait a long time for the replacement and there are slight marks lookily not too noticeable on one mirror. I like the fact that the shelves and rails are removable.
