Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.8 / 5 from 95 reviews.
I’m absolutely in love with this wardrobe. It looks even better in person — it’s beautiful, very elegant and has so much storage space.
I’m also extremely happy with the customer service and delivery. Communication was excellent throughout. They contacted me the day before delivery to confirm the address and all the details. The delivery team were very friendly and helpful, and I was able to pay a little extra for them to bring everything right up to the door of my second-floor flat, which was a huge help.
I also contacted Arthauss by email with a few questions before purchasing, and they always replied very quickly and clearly answered all my questions.
I had seen the same wardrobe on another website for around £200 more, and they would only the option to deliver it to the ground floor, so I’m very pleased that I bought it from Arthauss instead.
After reading the reviews, I hired two professional furniture assemblers. It took the two of them around two and a half hours to build.
Overall, I’m extremely happy with the wardrobe, the customer service and the delivery service. I honestly couldn’t be happier with my purchase! I’m completely in love with it!
We were really chuffed with the quality of our new wardrobe. It is really well manufactured and solid.
My husband found it straightforward to assemble, following the instructions you gave. It looks fabulous in our bedroom. The doors slide so smoothly too.
Arrived to Scotland early morning, guys the delivered where lovely too and left card to email if product would be damaged or faulty, I am happy with my wardrobe didn't take long to build.
Happy customer would buy again from here

Absolutely love this wardobe, very stylish, looks more expensive than it is and the LED lights give it a lovely finish, definitely two man job, very heavy, instructions are not great and took a day and a half to build but so worth it for the final result. The delivery men were really friendly too they even checked the mirrored door for any damage before they left which I thought was brilliant as usually other companies wouldn't care. 100% recommend these wardobes, you won't be disappointed.
Absolutely love my wardrobes. Fit perfectly where I wanted, very good quality. So glad I shopped around and found these for over £200 cheaper than another website. So worth it!
The wardrobe is a great size and so are the drawers. Highly recommended and it's great quality. Only downside is that the parts and fixings aren't labeled so this takes up a lot of time.
This wardrobe is very beautiful.
You need a large space to make this wardrobe. It was not difficult to distinguish the parts, but it would be more detailed if all the parts were numbered.
When I got to the 33rd and 34th stages, I noticed that 18 W9 screws were missing. I immediately contacted the live chat team and explained the incident, they were very helpful and sent me the screws right away. Takes time to make, but looks great when finished.
As a result, I recommend everyone to shop from this site.
Really beautiful wardrobe with plenty of storage space!
It is really good quality, and a lovely finish to it.
It is extremely heavy and required 2 people to put together, which took about 7 hours in total!
But so worth it in the end. Thank you we love it.
Such a beautiful wardrobe, it's very heavy well made and has lots of storage 🥰✨✨ delivery was very quick and all intact I got local handymen to put it together. Overall great experience. Love it
Assembly was a bit of a nightmare as I had just enough room to fit in the room, also I unfortunately broke the glass door so had to order a new one but customer service were so helpful even though the replacement took 4 weeks, overall the quality is amazing and there’s plenty of storage so happy overall
Absolutely love our new wardrobe. Delivery was clear and informative. The wardrobe did take 2 people in total 6 hours to put together across two days but that was to be expected after reading previous views and the size and compartments etc. There are lots of parts and fittings but the end result is worth it! The material is solid, all the parts were heavy and you can tell it is good quality. We couldn’t be happier and I would highly recommend this company and this wardrobe!
The wardrobes are very spacious and very sturdy. Very good value for money, delivery was early as we are in London but they kept in touch with timings etc. Overall very good and very happy would defo purchase from this site again. Putting them together was a pain all flat packed took 2 carpenters 3 hrs to piece together.
Buying something like this without seeing it can make you nervous. But once it was delivered I could tell it was good quality. It’s says 180 minutes to build I would say double that time. If you’ve done flat pack before it’s the same concept. The instructions are ok, not great but you can work things out. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and would definitely buy again. Thank You
Very happy with my purchase, it is high quality and very spacious would recommend to everyone to have two professionals to assemble as it is complex.
That being said it is more than worth it.

The delivery men were absolute stars, there was a little mix up about my delivery not just being to my doorstep and they still brought it up all 30 stairs from the pavement to my bedroom (it's exceptionally heavy!). It's a beautiful wardrobe and very sturdy however not the easiest to build. For example the back panels in my opinion should have been 3 large panels that slide in and you tack in place as you go. What you get is 3 big and 3 small. You then have to balance a large on a small and tack it in place before you try to balance the next large on a small and so on. I accidently damaged one of mine because it popped out while we were trying to balance it so in my opinion that made it much more awkward than it had to be. I'm a 44 year old female and I built it over 2 days with my daughter helping to lift the high panels, we could've done it in one but she had to work. I did manage to build half on my own albeit with quite a bit of swearing. I would however definitely buy again 😊. On the company - Great customer service, decent delivery times and very reasonable delivery charge (I'm in Scotland) highly recommend
Fantastic wardrobe, high spec quality even down to the nails!!! Really impressed with our purchase. I don't know who put in the instructions that build time is 180mins, you will need longer trust me!!!
Omg what can I say the wardrobe is so lovley I am in love with it. I have had so many compliments it looks so expensiveit has changed the looks of my bedroom , The wardrobe is very big has lots of space also comes with led lights and gives it that cosy feel , The only problem I had was getting the wardrobe fixed the instructions was abit of a nightmare as the wood wasn’t numbered or anything but we got there in the end my led lights was missing so I contacted arthauss and they sorted it quickly I can’t fault them. It’s a lovley wardrobe and I will shop here again thank you arthauss for a lovley piece of wardrobe made. If your thinking of buying this piece GO FOR IT you won’t be disappointed when it’s up built.
I ordered this wardrobe based on the reviews.
I needed something to utilise the space available and this one fits perfectly.
Delivery was smooth and professional. Communication was clear and uncomplicated.
The style and design is beautiful and is a very nice quality, looks very stylish and sleek.
I'm happy with my choice and purchase. However I hired someone to build it for me and it took him a day and a half to complete. The half day he brought a friend to assist with the heavy doors and moving everything into place. The instructions could be so much simpler to save alot of time. So this is definitely not a quick easy job and requires two people due to its size.
It's a heavy sturdy piece of furniture. And the lights are a beautiful feature.
Finally got round to building this beast of a wardrobe after it sat in garage for 5 weeks waiting for bedroom to be decorated. Was getting nervous about finding warped panels when it was opened but I needn't have worried, it was in mint condition. Each of the 6 boxes weighed a ton so it's a 2 man job just getting them up the stairs, the individual parts are solid, sturdy and great quality. Took me all weekend to build on my own, probably about 9 hours as I don't rush these things and make sure each step is perfect. Some parts of the build are also a 2 man job as the structure would fall down otherwise if not supported during construction. Instructions are clear enough through pictures and all the info you need is in there. Delivery driver recommended building the wardrobe on top of the packing strips as it then makes it easier to move it into its final position, this was wise advise and I thank him for it (Adam I think). Once built it looks amazing, had lots of compliments from friends already. It's also absolutely solid and DOES NOT MOVE once built unlike the cheap flimsy crap from wayfair and I'm certain you will not find another wardrobe of this size and quality for the same price anywhere. Absolute bargain at a shade over £500. The integrated led lights also look cool, especially at night and give a nice feel to the room with the main bedroom light turned off. I would say make absolutely sure the wardrobe is as level as possible when built otherwise the sliding doors have a tendency to open themselves but this is easily fixed by tightening the spring loaded wheels at the top of the door. Overall extremely happy with the product and delivery was rapid AND FREE. Even ikea charge £40 for delivery even if its a £50 set of drawers.
Great wardrobe lovely quality. Did take longer to build than instructions said and needed a lot of space to follow all the steps in the correct order but good clear instructions.
Great piece of furniture the only thing I’d say is your assembly instructions should be more detailed and number the screw bags so it’s clearly labeled and easy to understand which screw is mentioned on the instructions.
