The drawers are very nice. Can be
Abit fiddly whilst building. The space inside is decent. They do look huge because of the frame. Does have decent space so can put clothes in if folded neatly.
Very disappointed in the drawers. The wardrobes were fine but making up the drawers using the pre drilled holes all 4 drawers are misaligned and flimsy with the drawer fronts held on by small dowels. Unless we were unlucky in getting a rogue set they are not as good as the B&Q self assembly unit we removed to make way for them. They let down the wardrobes.
This chest of drawers is excellent quality! It was delivered flat pack with instructions, which were easy to follow, and all the screws etc that were needed to put it together! It took my husband about two and a half hours to do. It is sturdy and well worth the money!
Love it!!! I thought the instructions were clear and Easy to follow, and it’s definitely a lot better quality than ‘cheap’ stuff. Only annoyance is the handles not matching between wardrobe and drawers, and they were THE hardest bit to fit!!!
Delivery was fantastic, great communications and the guy was so helpful / thorough - highly recommend
The pieces could have been marked for easier installation. It took us longer than the time stated to assemble the item although we are pleased with the finished cupboard . We actually want to purchase another one . But please make the instructions easier to understand.
Love the furniture here I've ordered several pieces, my only slight niggle to why I couldn't 5* is the draw assembly let's the product down the shell is solid but just using dowels to hold the draw front's on isn't the best design and I find not enough glue is supplied to ensure all dowel fittings on the draws are secure I had to order extra glue from amazon.
But the unit is solid I love the modern feel I had no issues with the instructions it was fairly simple to follow I will order again.
Last off I've had 3 delivery's from your company and I'd like to make a special mention to your drivers who are always very well manored and helpful they are a credit to your company.
Don’t bother purchasing !!!!! I can only say Flimsy and Rubbish.
Very poorly used materials. The base of the drawers are like thin cardboard the drawer fronts come away very easily and are only held together by two small wooden dowels either side. I have complained about the drawers and are Still waiting a reply apparently from the warehouse ....., when we open the drawers they fall to bits. We purchased the wardrobe, drawers and bedside tables. The other furniture is great but not these drawers. We we’re also made to feel like we were not telling the truth as arthouse demanded a video off us as proof, we have sent them a video now. Do yourself and your credit card a favour and do not waste your money on this product. We are very unhappy and it looks like arthouse are in no rush to compensate us. We have taken all our belongings out of the drawers as they are unusable we have our clothes in refuse sacks presently.
First observation is that it is very heavy when delivered in its box but well packed. Good materials used. Don't rush the build as some of the parts are very similar in size. End build is solid and looks great.
I must admit they were an absolute nightmare to build. The instructions were rubbish. It would save a lot of time if the instructions said which was the bottom and the the top and then left side and right side. That would of saved me hours, I had to keep measuring everything making sure it was the right piece. But after all the hard work I did( yes built them myself), I just got my dad to help put the tops on. But I love them to bits now and they look really well in my bedroom. Thank you. I’ll be ordering a wardrobe from you end of April. Now that is going to be a job and a half, knowing what the drawers were like. I have a friend helping me to build it. Thank arthauss
Looks nice and matches our large wardrobe. Poor design for assembly as the two front fitting side panels are an absolute pain to fit and could cause damaged to these pieces- decided to assemble using plastic blocks to remove that risk.
The furniture assembler had some difficulty putting the chest of drawers together but he may have been tired after doing the wardrobe. I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you.
Ive dealt with Arthauss Many many times and the furniture is excellent and the delivery service and drivers are brilliant. I would highly reccomend them.
Badly designed drawers. The card for the bottom of the drawers does not have a groove to sit in unlike all other drawers that I have assembled. This means that it moves when putting them together and has resulted in wonky drawers which doesn’t look great. You should have a groove in all of the component parts for the card to slot into to avoid this.
The quality of this product is shocking!!
The draws aren’t square at all. There are minor scratches over the frame. The instructions are SO hard to follow!! The individual pieces don’t come with any reference to the instruction manual so you have to spend ages trying to fathom out what is what. Absolutely shocking. Worse thing Is I’ve bought a bed that fixes to the wall from this company and it looks like it’s going to be a 1 week project. 😫😫😫😫😫
Really pleased with the new chest of drawers easy to put together.looks very good with the wardrobe will buy from this company again.needs more glue in the box
We're very pleased with our purchases. Very good quality and went together well. We had a carpenter do the assembly for us, and he also remarked on the build quality.
All in all I would thoroughly recommend Arthauss products
