A combination of open coil springs and foam provides balanced support and durability, complete with a convenient zipper cover. Includes 2 Bonnell Mattresses [190cm x 90cm x 13cm].
Please be aware the recommended maximum mattress height is 13cm to avoid the child getting out of the cot bed

Omg, The bed itself is good, however the assembly instructions were confusinggggggg. If the instructions were clearer and better organised, the assembly process would have been much quicker and easier. The customer service is good and respectful.
The bed takes up more space than necessary; a more compact design would have been appreciated. As this size occupies quite a bit of space. It is more suitable for adults.
One suggestion for improvement would be to increase the distance between the lower bunk and the floor to around 20 cm. This would allow better airflow underneath the bed and help reduce moisture buildup, which can be particularly beneficial in many London homes where ventilation and dampness can be concerns.
But thanks anyway cause it is the only bunk bed with cot I could trust in the UK.
Absolutely amazing bunk bed!
The only negative about it, that it came with lack of instructions, luckily my husband and my dad knows what they were doing, it took 6 hours to build.
Underneath the top bunk bed, the wooden boards is very springy if someone on top moving around, so we have drilled it to tighten it. We have also added handles on top of the ladder to help my daughter who is 3, to be able to get up and down.
Daughter absolutely love going up and down the bed, we have 5 months old who will be going bottom bunk in few months.
Highly recommend, make sure you have two/three people to build.
My little ones love the bunk beds especially with a small room it created more space than having 2 cot beds in the room. Only thing I would say is it wasn’t the easiest to put up from the instructions and would suggest they numbered the parts which would make it much easier.

I am m happy with the bed - we have a toddler and a baby sharing the same room so it’s ideal. It looks great and is good quality. Could perhaps be sturdier and the mattresses are very thin and basic.
The assembly instructions are difficult to follow, and I was really disappointed with the customer service. The bed was finally delivered well over a week after the date stated when I bought them and I had to keep chasing for an update. It’s a good job we didn’t need them for a specific date. I’d bear this in mind if you need them in a rush.
Order was delivered on time but it was damaged as I didn’t had any alternative for my daughter, I was not expecting a damage to the bed I got rid off the current bed, the damage was hidden with paint on the panels, I checked all the parts before assembling the bed I couldn’t notice anything wrong as I started putting the screws on the cracks appeared
I had to assemble the bed even I informed the customer services.
I was told to assemble it.
The only person was amazing to help is paulina at the return department is the best and so quick to respond to emails.
The customer service team on the phone are very limited with information and don’t help at all.
The 2nd issue is that the return process is a very long and painful process.
I had garage to store the items as many people won’t have space to leave the items for weeks.
Not happy with the way things went but thanks to Paulina again.
Amazing would 100% recommend these beds, love the fact they can be individual if needed and the cot goes into a single bed also. They just fit perfect for both my boys sharing a room, easy build too too hard at all.

Really impressed with the bed we went for olive green which looks amazing , all really decent and well finished with a small pot of paint for touch ups if required. There was the odd very very minor marks to the paint but otherwise a great bunk bed my son loves it . I read reviews of people saying it takes 6 hours to build but I did it by myself in just under two hours so don’t be scared off by that . All in all a great sturdy well made bunk bed
When it says 2/3 hours DO NOT BELIEVE THAT! It took over 6 hrs fixing this ridiculous bunk bed the quality is absolutely rubish, flimsy, and the holes do not connect to each other, I have bruises and marks on my hand, my sons been sleeping in a travel cot as his cot broke. So fixing this was a must and didnt want to go through the process of returning as that takes another month, I called costumer service, they are not helpful at all, they wooden planks dont have numbers on them so you have to guess what goes where. The booklet they gave i did not understand anything, they dont even have a video on how to build this. WASTE OF MONEY & TIME, should have just stuck to ordering from another company which is more reliable and easy to assemble. This had me in tears.
The bed overall is fine however there are some small gaps between the upright pieces of wood at the end of the bed that should meet the horizontal pieces.
customer service was absolutely top notch. helping me select the correct mattresses for our needs and getting everything delivered in a timely manor.
so far the bed seems excellent and we look forward to many years of use.

Yes I did get a £20 refund and the damaged sections i am awaiting replacements.
